Two questions of modern day world:
1. Is all marriage approved by God?
2. Is divorce ever approved by God?
First answer: NO! God does NOT approve of ALL marriages. Just because YOU decided to marry and MAN agreed to it, does NOT mean that GOD approves it. So, if God does not approve, it is obviously NOT ordained by Him! If it goes against the law of God, it is a marriage God did not "witness and approve". Examples: two satanists marrying, homosexual marriage, a marriage between a believer and a non believer and the non believer will NOT allow the believer to practice their faith. You cannot marry a non believer expecting that you can change them. Light and dark cannot agree. It will destroy you.
If GOD did not join two in marriage, then, it is NOT blessed by GOD, and is actually fornication. So, if GOD did not join the two, then its not divorce except by man's law, and its something you must correct. Ask yourself if you were really joined together by GOD. Check all of the law of GOD and see if its marriage or simply fornication.
